Perrot Island Having come back to Quebec after some years outside of the country, we wanted to quickly find our dreamhouse. We made a search on the web and found a list of houses that appeared us interesting but especially empty because we wanted to arrange quickly. First destination: Perrot Island, a superb Canadian house. Since the first look, we knew that it was about THE HOUSE. We called M. Swaelens therefore to make a visit. One hour later, we visited the house. The following day, we made an offer of purchase with Marc's help to explain our conditions. Two days later, the owner made us one counter - offer that we accept some hours later. 2 weeks later, we entered in our house.
